Refund and Returns Policy

At Victoria Station, we value our customers and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Below is our refund and returns policy for your reference.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Exemptions:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain food items).
  • Newspapers or magazines.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Reduced Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@victoriastation.co.nz and send your item to:
55 Victoria Street, Cambridge 3434.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, send it to:

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
